Bio
Patsy Palma graduated cum laude from Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts in 2008 with a BM in Music Education (Vocal). He has been seen performing throughout the NJ/NY area singing at festivals, weddings, and restaurants, as well as in theatres with his show, “An Evening of Classic Standards & Oldies with Patsy Palma & Friends”. These performances have sold out its past few performances at Playhouse 22 in East Brunswick, NJ and the Main Street Theatre in Parlin, NJ. He has also been seen singing at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark and the Algonquin Arts Center in Manasquan. He was featured on Old Bridge Unplugged in 2004, performing his favorite classics for a special that ran for a month on Old Bridge TV. Then in 2008, Patsy was featured on CBS 2 News and News 12 New Jersey for placing third in Hoboken’s Sinatra Idol competition.
Patsy is also no stranger to acting, having been featured in many musical theatre stage productions. He was last seen in the lead role of Tommy in Playhouse 22’s Brigadoon, and has also been seen in such roles as Benny Southstreet in NJPAC/NJYT’s production of Guys and Dolls, Conrad Birdie in Main Street Theatre’s Bye Bye Birdie, the Prince in Marlboro Players’ Cinderella, and Dominic Fabrizzi in NJPAC’s Tony and Tina’s Wedding. He has also been seen on the reality TV show Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels on A&E in the “Godfather Gene” episode.
Songwriting has always been a passion of Patsy’s as he has been writing songs for about 12 years. He has written songs for musicals, performance duets, and melodic rock songs with his band Camren. As the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of Camren, Patsy has performed at numerous venues and events, including the Vans Warped Tour and the Skate and Surf Festivals at Convention Hall in Asbury Park.
